Colleen Pintozzi has taught mathematics at the middle school, junior high, senior high and adult level for 22 years. She holds a B.S. degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and has done graduate work at Wright State, Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the author of Passing the Georgia High School Graduation Test in Mathematics; Passing the Florida High School Competency Test; Passing the South Carolina Exit Exam in Mathematics; Passing the Alabama Graduation Examination in Mathematics; California Mathematics Review; Tackling the TAKS 11 Mathematics Passing the ISTEP+ Graduation Qualifying Examination in Mathematics; Ohio Graduation Test: Mathematics Review; Passing the Leap 21 Graduation Exit Examination in Mathematics; Passing the Nevada High School Proficiency Test in Mathematics; Passing the Minnesota Basic Standards Test in Mathematics; Passing the TCAP Competency Test in Mathematics, and the PARCC Made Easy services grade 3-8.
Dr. Frank J. Pintozzi was a former Professor of Education at Kennesaw (GA) State University. For over 28 years, he had taught English and reading at the high school and college levels as well as in teacher preparation courses in language arts and social studies. In addition to writing and editing state standard-specific texts for high school exit and end of course exams, he had edited and written numerous college textbooks.
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oglethorpe University and an MBA from
Georgia State University in Atlanta. He has written several books for middle and high school in English Language Arts and Social Studies. Clear and concise communication is his goal in his publications.
